A cemita is a sandwich originally from Puebla, Mexico. It is generally made with avocado, meat, white cheese, onions, and salsa rojo. It varies from place to place but that is generally what you're getting. They are also huge, which is why I chose to go with something smaller and classic: the taco.

For $3.50 you're getting a great amount of food in this taco. Biting into it you first get a fresh crunch of lettuce, the rich, deep flavor of the chicken tinga, and the spice of the salsa rojo. Finally, while holding it you suddenly feel a warm drip of sauce from the chicken. (That's when you know you're in for a messy treat.) Try Cemitas. You'll thank us.
